Japan is Winning Unfair Advantage on Trade Front with the US, Says Trump

President of United States, Donald Trump said in Tokyo at a meeting of business leaders that Japan has been taking an unfair advantage of trade. Trump further told Japan to build cars in the United Sates.

Trump stated in the gathering of business executives of Japan that, “Try building your cars in the United States instead of shipping them over.”

According to the Columbus Business First, three cars out of every four Japanese branded ones get sold in North America that had been manufactured in the continent.

However, Toyota and Mazda declared in august that they were starting new manufacturing plant with the investment of $1.6 billion in the United States, which will lead to create nearly 400 new jobs.

President then added while describing about trades that Japan deals with the U.S., “I have to say that for the last many decades, Japan has been winning. And you do know that.”

Trump also boasted during the gathering about quality of military equipment of the United States.

In a visit to Residence of the US Ambassador, Trump stated that, “We made the greatest military equipment in the world. There’s nothing close. [Abe] is ordering a lot of military equipment, as he should be, given what’s happening with one of your neighbors.”

As an intention of breaking with trade for presidents of America on foreign soil, trump denoted his words to the promotion of his domestic record for distinct political edge, which asserts that the military and economy were much distant since becoming president.
